You can explore YouTube’s VR content directly from your computer without any head-mounted gear, even from your PC’s or Laptops browser. When viewing through a browser, there are a variety of ways to aim your “gaze”: 1) press the arrows in the navigation circle in the top-left corner, 2) click and drag your view with your mouse, or 3) use keys on your keyboard (W: up; A: left; S: down; D: right).
For a more immersive experience, try exploring YouTube’s 360 clips through your mobile device with the YouTube app. Here, you can “look around” by physically moving your phone or tablet around in all directions. You can also use your finger to navigate around the screen on mobile.
However, if you really want to up your immersive game, you can do that via Google’s proprietary VR tech, Google Cardboard.
