OHA Examination Performance 2016

  • The percentage of students achieving the ‘Basics’ (English and Maths) A*-C was 54%, which was in line with similar schools nationally (56%).
  • Progress 8 score is +0.16 Above National Average.
  • Attainment 8 score 48.00 (C-) is above the estimated score of 44.68 (D+)
  • The percentage of students in English achieving expected levels of progress in 2016 was 70%, which is above the national average (69%)
  • The percentage of students in English achieving more than expected levels of progress in 2016 was 31%, which is above the national average of 30%
  • The percentage of students in Maths achieving expected levels of progress in 2016 was 64%, which in line with the national average (66%)
  • The percentage of students in Maths achieving more than expected levels of progress in 2016 was 27%, which is broadly in line with the national average of 30%
  • The percentage of pupils who continue in education or training, or move onto employment at the end of 16 to 19 study is 100%
  • 85% of Year 11 students achieved at least one A*-A grade, which is significantly above national average.
  • Pupils ‘achieving’ the ‘English Baccalaureate’ 13%
  • Pupils entered for the ‘English Baccalaureate’ 19%
