Community

We want to create an outstanding school and community hub. Our new building will provide the community with an amazing resource. Access to adult learning and ICT facilities will be provided. From October 2010 The Fitness Centre will be open for community membership, and sports and theatre facilities available for hire.

Extended services provision is at the centre of our community work. We aspire for the academy to be recognised by others for our support of local issues and awareness of community needs.

Our Student Leadership Team will be organising events and partnerships geared towards sharing good practice, resources and expertise to benefit our students and all members of the local community.
